I’m Sash. My career has always been about marketing, sales, business and premium products. 

I started out helping real estate agents and developers market property, before moving into luxury automotive sales and senior management, ultimately becoming General Manager of Sales for one of the largest luxury automotive dealerships in the world. For almost a decade, I’ve brought that experience back to property — selling some of the Upper North Shore’s most beautiful and high-end homes.

I created Aptaker & Associates to do real estate differently: boutique, highly personalised and built around exceptional marketing, smart strategy and tenacious negotiation.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Private treaty, expressions of interest, auction, off-auction, off-market or our “Sell Through Social” (off-market on steroids) approach — we tailor the strategy to your home, the market and your goals.

While I personally lead your campaign, you get an entire team behind me — buyer specialists, photographers, videographers, marketers, social media experts, town planners and trusted property advisors. Natalie oversees our operations, keeping everything coordinated and communication on point. We handle everything from preparing your home and creating the campaign through to buyer management and negotiation, taking as much of the stress out of the process as possible.

We stay boutique by choice. I remain personally involved, while our team maintains strong relationships with buyers and an active database, so when your property launches, we’re not starting from scratch.

The Upper North Shore is also genuinely home. Natalie and I have lived here for more than 30 years, our four children have attended local schools including Knox and Abbotsleigh, and we live, work and spend locally. We love being involved in our community and are proud sponsors of Ku-ring-gai Little Athletics.
